I bought this from gotrax.ca i’m weirdly excited about how good it is for the money. Shipping was totally fine, nothing dramatic there, and the scooter feels way more solid than I expected. I was ready to spend a ridiculous amount on something decent, but this one does the job without making my wallet cry. So far I’m happy with it, maybe too happy for a scooter, but here we are.

The controls are really simple to figure out, and the screen stays clear even when I’m using it outside (which is a big plus for me).

It folds down small, which is nice when I’m taking it around. It’s a little heavier than I expected, though, so that’s kind of the only thing.

The battery’s been better than I expected. I figured it would drain quicker, but no. Holds up well through the day. Pleasant surprise.

I’ve had my Gotrax for a few months now, and it’s still holding up really well. I ride over plenty of rough sidewalks, and somehow nothing is rattling or feeling loose yet, which is more than I can say for some scooters that seem built to start falling apart the minute you actually use them. The frame feels solid, and the folding mechanism still locks in nicely. So far, I’m happy with the build.

It works when it’s connected, but the app drops off often for me. Not totally sure if it’s my phone or something with the setup, but it gets annoying having to reconnect.

I picked up my Gotrax scooter from gotrax.ca it’s been a really comfy ride so far. I mostly use it for quick trips around the neighborhood, and like most scooters, you kind of expect them to rattle your bones the second the pavement gets a little rough, but this one handles those spots better than I thought it would. The handlebars feel like they’re at a good height, and there’s plenty of room for my feet, which makes a big difference. I’ve been riding it for 20-30 minutes at a time and still feel fine after. Overall, happy with it.

Support kept asking me for the same information and the same photos over and over, like nobody was actually reading anything I sent. Then they’d disappear for days before replying. It really felt like they were dragging it out on purpose instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issue.
I still don’t have a real solution, and I’m annoyed about the whole thing. If this is how they handle warranty claims, I definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.

They did end up fixing the issue, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected, or maybe I was being impatient, I’m not sure. Overall it was okay

On busy work mornings when I’m already half-awake and not in the mood to wrestle with anything, it just clicks down quickly and I’m good to go. I was surprised by how quick this battery charges. It’s fast, fast enough that I don’t really have to plan around it much. It’s been holding up well for my daily rides too, so overall I’m happy with it.

They stop quick enough, so no real complaints there. The rear brake does squeak a little sometimes, which is kind of annoying, but... I don't know, it still feels safe when I'm riding

But after just a few weeks, the tires were already looking worn down, and then I ended up with a flat way sooner than I expected. For the price, I thought the parts would hold up better. Support was slow too, and when I did hear back it felt like the usual polished company wording instead of someone actually trying to help. Overall, I’m disappointed.
